Texas and Tennessee

We left New Mexico on August 18th and drove Sara and Erik to the Lubbock, Texas airport. They flew west back to Phoenix, and we drove east to Arlington. My step-sister Amanda lives in Arlington and teaches music at a school there. We stopped for two nights and visited Aunt Amanda. It was a fun visit, Amanda and I are not only sister and friends but former college roommates. We stayed up until silly hours of the morning catching up and visiting, just like old times at USU. We left Texas and drove to Memphis, Tennessee where we stayed the night with David's brother Jonathan and his family. Jonathan, Cindy and their kids are just about the coolest people I know. We only stayed one night, and as we were driving that next day, we both said we should've stayed longer. We miss hanging out with them!
