David has been bugging me for months to let him cut Jackson's hair. But, I just couldn't do it. As soon as they get their first haircut, they are turning into "not-babies" anymore. Sniff... But, finally, after a day of washing macaroni and cheese, bacon grease, and pizza sauce, (not in that order), out of his hair, I relented. David has become quite good with the shaver, he does Jacob's hair all the time. So, I held J-man while he screamed his head off. I think he didn't like the noise and vibrating of the shaver more than his hair getting cut. When all was done, Abby got a very angry look on her face. She was very upset about Jackson's haircut! She said she didn't like it. It did make him look different, older. Sniff...I'm liking it now, and so is Abby. He's so handsome! :) The pic of Jackson asleep is before and the other picture is after.

He looks like such a big boy now. I always hated that first hair cut, it was like saying good bye to your baby days!!
i agree--a good shave makes them turn into toddlers, but you have to let it go. I remember Drew was starting to sport the mullet--that's when it was defenitly time to let it go. He looks very cute!
